Associate - Landscape Architecture

We require an Associate – Landscape Architecture for our team

We are currently seeking an Associate – Landscape Architecture , reporting directly to a Principal, who has demonstrated experience in applied Landscape Architecture and is committed to excellence in design and drawing production. Our ideal candidate has approximately 15+ years experience, primarily in private practice. Demonstrated proficiency in technical and construction skills on slab with an emphasis on condominium projects. Stamped member in good standing with the OALA, CSLA or similar professional organization.

The candidate has strong communication and presentation skills, is a team player, is versatile, and has experience from design development to the production of working drawings, specifications, and construction contract administration.

The ideal candidate is experienced at successfully managing a team of professionals and multiple projects. The candidate is an organized individual who is able to work independently on a variety of projects and tasks that include; design development and detailed design, project management, cost estimating, client contact and construction administration. Demonstrated ability to manage capital and project budgets.

Experience with proposal writing is a plus and good command of the English language will be necessary.

A high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be required. Proficiency in Photoshop would be an asset.
