Our Challenge
A moderate project budget demanded that the design and development of Island Springs Golf Resort be carefully planned to maximize efficiency in project implementation and construction. An extensive site inventory and inspection process allowed MBTW Golf Design to minimize earth movement requirements for the project by capitalizing on the site’s inherent natural features. The limited earthworks translated into reduced project costs and the achievement of the owner’s budgetary goals.
