INFLUENCES
It is rumored that one of the founding fathers of golf course architecture, Alister Mackenzie, had an 18 handicap. Anyone who shares both my enthusiasm for golf course design and my handicap can be nothing less than an inspiration.

FAVOURITE GOLF COURSE ARCHITECT
Desmond Muirhead has been referred to by many as the most innovative golf architect of the modern era. While designs like the Mermaid – complete with fish shaped bunkers and earthen scales - may make traditionalists cringe, his designs and collaborations with the likes of Nicklaus, Palmer and Faldo exhibit the playfulness, creativity and imagination of golf course design.
